Here at OCI we believe that we have a responsibility to help people in need. The company recently provided a scholarship to Johan Duarte, a low-income youth from Caracas, Venezuela. The scholarship lets him attend a 2-month baseball training camp in Miami, Florida. This camp provides an opportunity through which talented and fortunate youths can obtain scholarships to attend North American universities.
Russell Smith, President of OCI for 39 years, leads a team specializing in winning proposal preparation for government contractors. With experience across federal agencies and industries like IT, logistics, and construction, OCI has supported over 5,000 proposals with fast, personalized service and a talent bench of 6,000 consultants.
