The workshop serves as a unique catalyst for a company to jumpstart their recompete.  We all know that many companies lose recompetes because of that well known disease — “incumbent-itis”.  Incumbents who complete this workshop can greatly increase their chances of winning.  In case of emergency conditions, OCI could provide this class beginning in November 2013.
