Workshop Overview

The OCI facilitator meets with key personnel.  The facilitator brings with him templates designed to systematically (1) assess the current status of the company, and (2) develop a comprehensive plan to do everything needed to win.  This workshop allows the company to focus on the problems of winning the recompete in ways that are usually not possible without it.  It provides an antidote for that grave illness known as “incumbent-itis”.
