Silvia Morales has 16 years experience staffing and recruiting at OCI, and is OCI’s longest-serving team member. Her deep knowledge of OCI’s proposal consultant community makes her OCI’s ‘go-to’ person for staffing. Her gift for understanding the needs of the clients and candidates helps the company excel in providing service. She is pursing a B.S. in Business—Information Technology Management from George Mason University. When she’s not in the office, you can find Silvia outdoors, either running a 5K, biking, gardening or supporting a non-profit organization.
