On June 1, Silvia Morales was promoted from Director of Staffing to VP of Operations. Silvia has been with OCI for 19 years. In the Operations position, she will continue to help with staffing and recruiting. OCI president Russell Smith said, “Silvia has been a gifted and faithful employee.  We continue to expect a lot from her.”
